Gas shortage

The residents of Magsi Colony of Allahabad Town in Hub city have been deprived of regular gas supply for at least five years. Despite of paying bills in time, they suffer from an extreme lack of supply, with gas only available for a day or two in a month.

Under the circumstances, the residents have to go to nearby forest for cutting woods to be used as fuel. Since they are mostly from lower-middle income, they can’t afford to buy wood for use in their kitchens. Moreover, despite frequent complaints, there is no action. The authorities must resolve the issue at the earliest, as it’s our right as citizens of Pakistan.
