The low salaries of private teachers in schools, colleges and English language centres are increasingly concerning. Many private teachers are married, while others are supporting their parents and siblings. Some are even pursuing higher education while holding down a job.
Numerous private school teachers are highly skilled, experienced and well-educated. Despite this, they are not paid salaries that match their worth. Their earnings can barely sustain them for an entire month.
Private institutions must pay adequate salaries to teachers. This necessary act would not only reduce their financial burdens but also decrease their stress, enabling them to focus more effectively on their teaching responsibilities.
