As a resident of Turbat, I have experienced firsthand the frustration and inconvenience caused by the frequent malfunctioning of ATMs. The ATMs in Turbat often display error messages, fail to dispense cash, or are out of order, resulting in wasted time and effort for customers who are forced to visit bank branches in person to resolve issues.
The lack of reliable ATM services has made banking in Turbat a challenging and frustrating experience.
It is incumbent upon the banks to prioritise regular maintenance and inspection of their ATMs to prevent technical glitches and ensure a smoother experience for customers. By doing so, banks can enhance customer satisfaction and provide better services to the community.
I request the relevant officials to improve maintenance and enhance customer support to resolve issues promptly. I hope this complaint will be taken seriously.
