Disregard for hygiene

There is urgent need to draw attention to the irresponsible behaviour of some residents living in flats on the upper floors of buildings who carelessly throw their household litter and garbage down onto the narrow streets. This thoughtless act not only pollutes the environment but also poses a serious risk to the pedestrians, especially those using these streets daily for their routine work, including schoolchildren, elderly citizens, and workers.

Such actions reflect a complete disregard for public hygiene and civic responsibility. I urge the concerned authorities to take strict notice of this growing nuisance and implement penalties to discourage this unhygienic and dangerous practice.
