Baldia Town is currently facing a severely concerning crisis regarding the supply of unhygienic water in its lines. Unhygienic water is hazardous for health, yet poor citizens are compelled to drink it due to low availability of clean water across the city.
Contaminated water is a major source of waterborne diseases such as cholera, diarrhoea and typhoid, posing a serious risk to public health. The situation is further exacerbated by the lack of regular maintenance of water pipelines and insufficient infrastructure to address the needs of the growing population.
The supply of clean water is the basic right of citizens. Initiatives such as repairing damaged pipelines, implementing efficient, and filtration systems are needed to address this issue. The authorities are requested to take immediate action on this critical matter and ensure the safety and well-being of the residents of Baldia Town.
