Mohammad Shehzad, a 64-year-old Pakistani rower, has made history by winning a gold medal at the Asian Indoor Rowing Championship in Thailand. He set an Asian record with a time of 1:32.30 in the 60+ singles category, defeating his younger Indian opponent. This remarkable achievement showcases Shehzad’s determination and discipline, inspiring athletes and individuals worldwide.

Shehzad’s victory contributed to Pakistan’s impressive performance at the championship, where the country secured 14 medals, including 10 gold medals.
