Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) is playing with the future of many hardworking aspirants who are burning their midnight oil to join civil services. Almost every result of SPSC ranging from BPS 11 to combined completive examinations (CCE) is questionable due to high levels of corruption and nepotism in the institution.
Recently, the SPSC announced the results for the Engineering Cadre and Secondary School Teacher posts; however, the results appear to be marred by significant irregularities. Candidates who scored lower in the written exams and ranked low on the merit list appear to have been awarded full marks in the interviews to compensate and allocate seats for them.
In this manner, the illicit business of corruption is increasing day by day and levels of frustration and hopelessness are on the rise among hardworking candidates. Is there no one to hold SPSC accountable for its functioning?
