Many pilgrims arriving in the holy city of Makkah for Hajj are unsure of rituals, health precautions or crowd behaviour. This lack of preparation can lead to confusion, delay and even danger. Pre-Hajj education should be mandatory for all pilgrims.
Training sessions should cover spiritual practices, logistical steps, health tips and safety rules. Pilgrims must understand how to perform each ritual correctly and respectfully. They should also know what to carry, how to stay hydrated and when to seek help. Group leaders play a vital role in guiding pilgrims and answering questions.
Governments and Hajj agencies must make orientation sessions more accessible, especially for elderly or first-time participants. Proper preparation leads to a smoother, more meaningful pilgrimage experience for everyone involved.
