Jiwani water crisis

Jiwani water crisis

The water crisis in Jiwani is worsening. Residents face severe water shortages, with most homes receiving water only for a few hours each month. Many are forced to rely on expensive private tankers, which are unaffordable for most families. Even when water is available, it is often dirty and unsafe for consumption. This crisis has persisted for years.

Despite repeated protests and appeals by the people, no meaningful action has been taken. Political leaders frequently promise solutions, yet those promises remain unfulfilled. It now seems as though the people have been left to accept life without clean water.

The government must act urgently. The people of Jiwani deserve access to clean, safe, and sufficient water for drinking, cooking, and daily needs. The authorities need to take immediate and effective steps to resolve this long-standing issue before the situation worsens further.
