Students in Balochistan have alleged that their scholarships awarded under the Aghaz-i-Haqooq Balochistan package were unlawfully revoked. The students, who recently came forward with what they described as documented evidence, contended that a staffer arbitrarily cancelled their financial aid.
The affected students have plans to file a civil lawsuit seeking justice and compensation for educational and financial losses.
The Aghaz-i-Haqooq Balochistan initiative was designed to provide local and international scholarships to students from the province and improve educational standards. But unfortunately, they are being deprived of such opportunities owing to corrupt practices.
On behalf of those students, it is an appeal to national and provincial leaders to launch an immediate inquiry and take strict action that reinstates the students’ scholarships.
