In Hub City, Jam Ghulam Qadir Hospital is not only the main hope for proper treatment for low-income families, but it is also the largest government hospital in the area. However, the current situation is deeply alarming. According to reports, after midnight, there is only one trainee nurse present who falsely claims to be a doctor. When he fails to diagnose diseases, he refers patients to private hospitals, putting innocent lives at great risk.
The hospital is already struggling with multiple crises, such as a lack of basic facilities, shortage of medicines, and the absence of qualified doctors. This severe shortage is causing great hardship to countless people. If only one doctor is available at night, what will happen to a critically ill patient? Will they receive treatment or be left to suffer?
The concerned authorities, especially the government of Balochistan, must take immediate and strict action and ensure the presence of qualified doctors.
