Recently, armed robbers have been targeting banks and shops, striking during early hours in Turbat. These criminals are not only stealing money and goods but have also committed murders — killing victims after robbing them. They have stolen mobile phones, motorcycles and personal belongings, spreading panic and anxiety among residents. People are living in constant fear of being the next victim.
There is growing concern that unemployment may be one of the major causes behind these crimes. If the government is unable to provide sustainable sources of income to the people of Turbat, such criminal activities may continue to rise as people get more and more desperate regarding their livelihood. It is necessary for authorities to restore employment opportunities and take strict action against those responsible for disturbing the peace and security of Turbat.
