PSL resumption

KARACHI:

The Pakistan Super League’s recent decision to resume matches after a temporary halt is great news for cricket fans all around. The PSL administration has contacted franchises, instructing them to keep foreign players in Dubai, while local players are preparing for upcoming matches. Plans are underway to gather teams in Islamabad, with the remaining matches likely to be held at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

The current standings have Quetta Gladiators leading the points table with six wins, two losses, and one no-result, already qualifying them for the playoffs. Karachi Kings and Islamabad United follow closely, both with 10 points, while Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi trail behind. Multan Sultans have been eliminated from playoff contention after a tough season.
