Internet access lacking

KARACHI:

Gresha, a sub tehsil of Khuzdar, Balochistan, consists of numerous beautiful villages and mountains. It is located 80 kilometers away from Khuzdar. Mostly Balochi and Brahvi languages are spoken in the region. The people of Gresha are known for farming and agriculture but despite producing substantial annual outputs, the tehsil is ignored when it comes to development.

One significant issue that Gresha is facing is the lack of internet access. In this modern day and age, life is incomplete without the internet as it is a vital component for development as well. However, when it comes to Gresha, people often move to cities for an internet facility or go to Naal, one of the tehsils in Khuzdar.

The lack of internet access also makes it difficult for families to communicate with relatives who have left the country and settled elsewhere. It also makes sending money an increased hassle, further strengthening a reality of living in the past. In this modern world, internet access is a fundamental right. Authorities are requested to take immediate action and provide internet facilities to Gresha.
