Poor waste management

Turbat city, home to thousands of residents, is facing a concerning hygiene crisis. There is a growing trend of uncleanliness noticeable everywhere, only elevated by a poot waste management system that causes sanitation issues. These problems have become serious public health and environmental concerns in Turbat.

Overflowing drains, foul odours and heaps of roadside waste have made the city’s environment unhealthy and unsightly. This not only affects the appearance of Turbat but also heightens the risk of diseases such as dengue, malaria, and other infections.

It is the responsibility of the municipal authorities to ensure regular garbage collection and cleanliness, but unfortunately, little action is being taken. Public awareness is also needed regarding basic civic sense so that citizens stop littering and take care of their surroundings. Immediate measures such as deploying additional cleaning staff, installing dustbins in public areas and organising regular cleanliness drives are crucial to restore hygiene and improve living conditions in the city.
