The Fourth Industrial Revolution is imminent. Let us invest in it, as India did in the IT sector thirty years ago. The future lies in high-speed communications, new energy, advanced materials, life sciences, artificial intelligence, and other emerging fields.
We should no longer focus on IT, petroleum, or even thermal or hydroelectric power generation — their golden era is over. The sun is on our side. Let us start establishing world-class learning facilities in solar energy. We can lead the world. Is it not a pity that we still import basic solar panels from China?
