Plantation campaign

In an effort to combat climate change and encourage sustainable practices, the Prime Minister has launched the Spring Tree Plantation Drive 2025, which is a nationwide tree plantation campaign aiming to plant 41.7 million saplings. The programme extends to all provinces, along with Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan. 
The initiative is highly commendable for addressing pressing climate concerns and reducing environmental pollution. The incumbent government has urged citizens, especially farmers and the youth, to actively contribute to this green mission — symbolizing hope for a healthier, more climate-resilient future for Pakistan.
