Polluted Karachi

Polluted Karachi

Pollution is a serious issue affecting the people of Karachi. The rising air, water and land pollution in the city is increasing every day, making it harder for people to live a healthy life. Experts say that pollution is reducing the average lifespan of Karachi’s residents.
The air we breathe is full of smoke from factories, old vehicles and garbage burning. This causes serious health problems like asthma, lung infections and heart diseases. Many people, especially children and the elderly, are suffering because of this toxic air. The water is also unsafe. Many areas do not get clean drinking water, and people are forced to use polluted water, which leads to stomach diseases and other health issues. On top of that, Karachi’s streets are filled with garbage, creating bad smells and spreading infections.
If pollution continues unchecked, the health of Karachiites will keep getting worse, and their life expectancy will decrease further. The government must take strict action to control pollution by improving waste management, stopping factory emissions and promoting cleaner transport. At the same time, citizens must also take responsibility by keeping their surroundings clean and reducing waste. The relevant authorities need to act before it is too late. The people of Karachi deserve to live in a clean and healthy environment.
