The need for a university in Hub town of Balochistan cannot be overemphasised. Currently, students are forced to travel to other cities for higher education, which can be a significant burden. Many parents are hesitant to send their daughters, in particular, to other cities for education. However, if a university is established in Hub, it will provide girls with the opportunity to complete their degrees locally. Currently, students have to travel over around 100 kilometres from Hub to Uthal for seeking higher education, which is not feasible for everyone. Therefore, the provincial and federal authorities need to focus on establishing a university in Hub so as to make it easy for students to access higher education, which is a fundamental right for all.
