KARACHI:
The residents of Kolwa, a village in Balochistan, have long been suffering from a severe lack of basic amenities. Despite being an integral part of the province, Kolwa continues to struggle with numerous challenges that hinder the well-being and progress of its people.
The village faces severe shortages in essential services such as electricity, healthcare, education and communication networks. The lack of reliable electricity, internet connectivity and adequate communication networks has made life extremely difficult for the residents of Kolwa. Furthermore, the absence of a functioning hospital forces residents to travel long distances for medical treatment, putting their lives at risk. Similarly, the education system is underdeveloped, with inadequate schools and resources, depriving children of their right to quality education.
We, the residents of Kolwa, are not asking for much. We simply request that federal and provincial governments prioritise our needs and provide us with basic amenities such as a hospital and a school. These institutions are essential for our well-being, growth and development. We request you to take an immediate action to address our concerns. We believe that it is the responsibility of the government to ensure that its citizens have access to basic services and amenities.
