The district hospital in the Pasni town of Gwadar district demands urgent government attention. The hospital terribly lacks medical facilities, like those related to labs and radiology. It is also suffering from a shortage of doctors and paramedical staff. The hospital is not only supposed to cater to the local population, but patients from Turbat and Gwadar also travel to Pasni for treatment. Due to inadequate facilities, treatment is often delayed, resulting in unnecessary suffering, and even death. The Government of Balochistan must prioritise improving the Pasni district hospital, as the whole region depends upon it for healthcare.
