The traffic situation on Sakoran Road, which links Hub and Karachi, is quite challenging for motorists due to non-implementation of traffic regulations. This not only causes inconvenience to motorists and passers-by but also poses environmental and health risks. Moreover, crossing the road is particularly difficult for students, children and the elderly.
To address these issues, the authorities should ensure strict enforcement of traffic rules through traffic cops who should be present round-the-clock. There is also the need to increase traffic police patrols and keep a check on vendors and parked vehicles.
