Frequent and prolonged gas outages nationwide are impacting industries, jeopardising the economy and leaving individuals without heating. With the decline in weather temperatures, the demand for fuel rises, yet load shedding remains an unfortunate reality for numerous residents.
This situation not only poses health hazards but also inflicts discomfort, especially among vulnerable groups.
The industrial sector is facing delays in output, with significant repercussions on employment, economic stability and enterprises. Urgent measures are needed to optimise gas distribution and invest in alternative energy sources. Open communication about the implemented actions is crucial to keeping the public informed. I urge the government to prioritise the resolution of this issue immediately. Swift and decisive action is essential for the overall stability and prosperity of our country and the well-being of its people.
