Imran Khan is bowling a fiery last over and looking confident to dislodge the bails so that he doesn’t have to even look at the field empire or go to the third empire for winning the match that has gone down to the wire. How is that is not an option in this game! But Imran Khan’s political sensibility and ordinary wisdom is simply perplexing to the extent of becoming chaotic and entirely incoherent to put it somewhat mildly. But I think in all fairness every one’s political acumen and judgement will be tested on the day the voting takes place on the no-confidence motion. Let me though admit candidly that Imran Khan’s belligerent rhetoric against the opposition and the US and its European allies does bewilder and baffle all the saner elements in Pakistan. Either there is a method to lmran Khan’s madness or he is seriously afflicted by megalomania. Let’s enjoy this verse until the die is cast.
Phir kahin manzil pe ja kar lut na jayai karawan,
