The spread of Covid-19 can be controlled if all citizens follow SOPs and take other precautionary measures. Many parts of the country are currently in the grip of the fourth wave of the pandemic. As a result, they face tighter restrictions. Turbat is one of the cities now witnessing the fourth wave. Even though the government has imposed a lockdown, people are not following SOPs or wearing face masks. Citizens need to recognise the threat this new variant poses and take it more seriously. I urge the people of Turbat to cooperate with the government to help it control the spread of the microbe. In addition, the authorities should announce strict punishments for those neglecting SOPs.
