The other day, somebody sent me a rather thought-provoking Urdu sher on my WhatsApp. Amazingly, it portrays the prevailing political storyline of the country with brevity. It is so beautifully composed that even the most elaborate of articles would probably fail to convey such an illuminating analysis. I wish to share the verse with the readers. I am sure they too will enjoy the words as much as I did. Here it is:
Dhoka hai ek faraib hai manzil ka her khayal
Sach poochyai to sara safar wapsi ka hai
