KARACHI:
The strength of any government is gauged by how well-equipped and knowledgeable its cabinet members are. Members of the cabinet are selected on the basis of their education, knowledge and experience. A strong cabinet consists of ministers who are experts in their field and their respective ministries. Due to their expertise they can make policies and take decisions that are beneficial for the country as well as the citizens.
Unfortunately, the cabinet of our country has recently been subjected to repeated changes which can never be productive for the development of the nation. If such changes carry on in the near future, ministers will never be able to bring about significant change in their respective ministries. The PM should understand that if he reshuffles a deck too much, he will lose track of the cards that are the most important.
