I had to meet her on one occasion and while it was a first impression, I have to say that I was quite disappointed.
CHANTILLY, VA, US: I am not going to comment on the new foreign minister’s looks or her manner of dress. That would be tacky and frivolous. However, I do take exception to people who say that she is competent and that she did a good job in her previous ministerial assignments. I had to meet her on one occasion and while it was a first impression, I have to say that I was quite disappointed. The minister came across as dull, lacking in charm/charisma and really didn’t seem to know much about her own portfolio.
Also, she had a ministerial post in the Musharraf government and one then has to question the integrity of an individual who has no qualms over serving under a military dictator.
