Be patient

In such circumstances, striving to spread hope, patience, perseverance and faith must be our top priority.

MIRPURKHAS: Over a million people worldwide have so far been infected by the coronavirus and nearly sixty thousand people have lost their lives while battling to survive the onslaught of a virus that is notorious for its fatalness and ability to spread rapidly. The fear that the coronavirus has aroused across the world and the anxiety that has befallen humanity has changed the lives of mankind. Though scientists are working to find a cure nobody knows when life will return to normalcy. We pray that it happens soon.

What we need right now is to show extraordinary patience and resilience to fight this deadly virus. Without fortitude and courage, even the weakest of enemies can overpower and defeat us. This pandemic is the fiercest foe that humanity may have confronted in history. Its strength lies in its ability to spread exponentially. Fighting such a formidable adversary requires strength that is driven from faith, prayer and patience. I strongly feel that many are dying not due to the serious complications caused by the infection itself but by the consequent fear and sadness that causes the quick suppression and delay in the activation of the immune response to this foreign invader.

In such circumstances, striving to spread hope, patience, perseverance and faith must be our top priority. Doing something that contradicts this will only favour the enemy and prolong this battle.
