It is in the best interest of the people that we must act responsibly and start practising social distancing
HYDERABAD: It is high time that we, as a nation, realised the intensity of the coronavirus pandemic and act socially responsible. The whole world is suffering from this pandemic. Even developed countries with best healthcare facilities are struggling to cope with this pandemic and lockdowns have been initiated to prevent its spread.
However, Pakistan is an underdeveloped country with less advanced medical facilities. Our Prime Minister also said that we are not in a position to impose a complete lockdown because we don’t have the facilities to feed the people who are living below the poverty line. What do we do then?
In such a time it is in the best interest of the people that we must act responsibly and start practising social distancing. Moreover, the health advisory released by the WHO has also advised people to self-isolate. Therefore, we, as a nation, have to make a resolve that in such a time of crisis we stand united, act responsibly and practise social distancing to defeat the coronavirus pandemic.
