Bad parenting

But in Pakistan the stereotype of conservative families forces you to have children

KARACHI: It is necessary to give a wake-up call to those parents who are still ignorant even after having their own children. It is every parent’s dream that their child becomes a responsible person when they grow up. Even though every parent wishes the best for his or her child, bad parenting gets in the way.

Bad nurturing has lots of adverse effects on your child. It is therefore vital for each and every parent to gauge their parenting skills. While it is impossible to be an all-round perfect parent, it is never wrong to try to be the best that you can be. Since a parent guides the child, they ultimately become and also act as role models. Therefore it is important how you talk and act in front of your child. The most common parenting mistake includes neglecting your child. This leads to a number of problems as they become incapable of having a long-lasting relationship.

Bad parenting can also cause psychological disorders in children. Misery and low self-esteem are some of the few. Bad parenting makes a child more prone to illicit behaviours. It is important to realise that you are accountable to make your child a good human being instead of blaming schools, colleges, and universities. The role of a parent in the contemporary world has become all the more important. It seems though that not a lot of people should have children because they are immature themselves. But in Pakistan the stereotype of conservative families forces you to have children. It you are immature and dependent yourself, then how will you be able to nurture another human being.
