TURBAT: There is no denying that cheating is an illegal act that is prevalent in Balochistan for the past many years. The constant habit of cheating has an adverse effect on the inner capabilities and potentials of students. It restricts them from being truly successful, creative and original as it hinders the mental standards of a person to think critically.
Due to poor performance and lack of facilities, students in educational institutions of Balochistan have developed a culture of cheating. A student is compelled to cheat so that courses are finished on time and they receive good grades without studying.
On the other hand, the old pattern of teaching and the outdated curriculum are the biggest obstacles that compel students to cheat in exams. If an institution lacks teachers, how are the students getting educated? It is proved that the education system of Balochistan is very corrupt, and most of the students do cheat due to the lack of certain facilities.
Preventing this can be possible if the government provides basic facilities to schools like modern curriculums, well trained teachers and create a comfortable environment in which students focus on their studies. It is the responsibility of the government to take serious action against this cheating culture in Balochistan.
