There is nothing bad in learning from Bangladesh’s experience.
KARACHI: Bangladesh’s economy will likely overtake Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore by 2024.
The country has brought a new revolution within the economies of Asia. This is called commitment. They work with integrity and good intentions trying to do something unique and what is best for their country.
Bangladesh has set an example for Pakistan, India and other countries. For a prosperous and robust future, wars and clashes must be eliminated. It too has perplexity on its borders but has never made it a headache that would cause damage in the near future.
The difference between Pakistan and Bangladesh is the ideology and concerns of politics. Here politics is the game of musical chairs, where everyone is aimlessly running after one seat. There politics is a huge responsibility bestowed on political leaders to ensure the rights and pride of the people. That is why Pakistan’s economic growth slowed to 3.3% in the fiscal year 2019 whereas Bangladesh’s economy hit a record growth of 8.15%.
There is nothing bad in learning from Bangladesh’s experience. They have increased their chances for growth and prosperity with their own hands and we have designed our decline ourselves.
