Can Zainab Alert Bill be enough to eradicate the psychological problems of the people that commit these crimes

TURBAT: The seven-year-old girl, Zainab Ansari, who was brutally raped and murdered in January 2018 has become a forgotten name. But the aftershocks remain intact. Parents have become frightened to send their children to school. The government has passed a bill in the name of the deceased girl. The bill will create helpline and SMS services to spread information about missing children. But some questions arise here. Can this bill be able enough to eradicate the psychological problems of the vicious people that commit these crimes? To deal with this, thoughts and ideas are more necessary than the bills being passed by parliament. This can be made possible only after parents teach the men and the boys how to treat women and. Until then, the lives of the females remain to be in danger.
