UNIVERSITY OF PESHAWAR: Hina Rabbani Khar is a perfect choice. She is smart, good-looking, well-dressed and can speak English fluently. That is what is required of a foreign minister of Pakistan. There is absolutely no requirement that the foreign minister has to be a member of the ruling party as well, or that she shouldn’t have been a member of the cabinet in a previous government.
