Sewage water is scattered on roads and streets which causes problems for passersby and residents of the area
MALIKABAD, TURBAT: An improper sewage system has remained a major issue in several areas of Turbat including Malikabad. Sewage water is scattered on roads and streets which causes problems for passersby and residents of the area. The bridge near Masjid-e-Zakariya has immensely been affected by sewage sludge and garbage which is thrown under it daily. As a result, the bridge has been entirely converted into a refuse dump which is a problematic issue for people. What is more unfortunate and depressing is that the water pipeline also passes under the same bridge, due to which drinkable water gets mixed with the sewage water and the same water is then supplied to homes and is used at home. As a result, an immense increase in diseases has been observed. Dengue and malaria have become common diseases since dangerous mosquitoes are brought by the rubbish heaps which spread all over the area causing several diseases which cost a lot for treatment. The poor people aren’t able to afford it and they die. The municipal committee has failed to solve issue. Urge the government to solve the problem. We hope for a positive response from the government.
