Human beings are the most beautiful creation of God
LAHORE: Human beings are the most beautiful creation of God. Being his creation, humans seek and inspire beauty. We get attracted towards the beauty of this world. In our society beauty is considered as a standard of praise. We get influenced by a beautiful smile, a pretty face and many other things that naturally emanate beauty. In the worldly context, outward beauty is considered a hundred times more than the inward. We mostly have a soft corner for the ones that are good-looking or start detesting someone because there is something odd about them even though we are completely unaware of their inner thoughts and aesthetics. Many a time human emotions are led by the thoughts set as a base in our mind. We do not bother to perceive someone as ultimately human and classify them as a good one or a bad one in the hollow bases of our mind. Most of the times this behaviour restricts the amount of interaction we have with people and things and we miss out on the deeper meaning of life. Our religion strictly negates the importance of such standards and sets piety as the standard before God. In this modern era, it is highly needed that our minds accept the internal beauty rather than what is on the surface. It takes effort and respect to know what is hidden beneath but it will be worth it in the end because every interaction or connection you make will stay with you for a long time. No amount of beauty can measure the level of dirt a man has inside of him. It is said that “beauty is in the eyes of the beholder”. We must configure our vision to see the beauty within things and not just superficial beauty.
