People of all ages are not really impressed by the quality of our current mainstream political leadership.
LAHORE: This is with reference to Rasul Bakhsh Rais’s article of July 14 titled “Kaptaan, the country’s most popular leader”. I would say that the writer has hit the proverbial nail on the head. One thing though: Imran Khan’s popularity is not limited to young people alone. People of all ages and from all walks of life are not really impressed by the quality of our current mainstream political leadership. I can only hope that the Election Commission is fair and independent in the next elections.
