Expect the unexpected

7.7 billion people in the world and almost half of them are going through depression, anxiety

KARACHI: In a world that is full of calamities, tragedies and distress, we expect the unexpected. There are about 7.7 billion people in the world and almost half of them are going through depression, anxiety and apprehensions of the future. People are in great terror, dwelling upon their difficulties and believing that nothing will work out; there is no way to succeed. They actually do not think out of the box and ultimately lose their optimistic strategy. Life is full of obstacles and barriers, and to overcome such complications, one has to expect the unexpected. Maybe what occurs to you unwillingly may take you to some other tranquil existence that makes your life even more peaceful. Life is unpredictable and short to overthink on matters that won’t matter to you in the future. Having an optimistic mind always encourages you to think positively about the future. In fact, assessing too much not only damages the tenderness of your present but also harms your future because you keep on overthinking. To be always pleasant in life is to eliminate over-obsession. Cherishing, nurturing and adoring even the small gestures is what the true essence of life is about.
