KARACHI: It is a proud moment for us Pakistanis that Prime Minister Imran Khan presented our case forcefully at an international forum, the United Nations. The speech was much forceful as compared to those given by his predecessors. It was his ability and grip on content that he portrayed beautifully. It gave a loud and clear message to the world community to get involved in defusing tensions between the two nuclear-armed neighbours by helping resolve the Kashmir issue. A speech which was delivered from the heart instead of a script left a deep impact on Pakistanis and the international community. All this shows Imran Khan gives priority to the common people’s interest.
