Karachi is the cheapest metropolitan city in the world, included the cost of a human life as well.
LAHORE: This is with reference to a report in your newspaper of July 8 which says that, according to a survey, Karachi is the cheapest metropolitan city in the world. That may be the case, but they should have included the cost of a human life as well, because for that too it must rank among the cheapest in the entire world.
