Children should be given toys that encourage and foster their creativity.
KARACHI: This is with reference to your editorial of July 7 titled “Children in chains”. Commonly, most of the toys made or given to children in our country are replicas of guns and parents seem to have no issues with their offspring playing with such toys. It goes without saying that this should not be encouraged, children should be given toys that encourage and foster their creativity.
