Teenagers are being frequently subjected to sexual abuse, yet we all simply watch as bystanders
KECH: It is heart wrenching to mention that a 12-year-old boy was recently sodomised by a beastly shopkeeper in my locality. The boy went to a general store to purchase something.
The shopkeeper, however, lured the boy into his washroom and raped him. This is not the first incident of its kind that has happened.
Teenage girls and boys are being frequently subjected to sexual abuse. Yet we all simply watch as bystanders.
I demand of the government to take deterrent actions to put an end to such heinous crimes.
