When people see that the corrupt elements are seldom punished, then corruption becomes alluring.
KARACHI: Corruption is eating into the vitals of our nation. Now people do not consider corruption as an evil, and those who can do corruption do it as a matter of right. It is because it brings lots and lots of money. And money can do anything. When people see that the corrupt elements are seldom punished, and on the strength of money they can gather huge crowds in their favour, then corruption becomes alluring. Can anything be done to stem the rot?
