Physical exercise play a significant role for health
KASSAK, BALOCHISTAN: Kassak is a small village in Balochistan, situated on the eastern side of Turbat. It lacks numerous basic facilities like healthcare facilities, water supply, etc.
It is a fact that entertainment and physical exercise not only play a significant role for our health, but protect us from indulging in undesirable activities. So a playground becomes important.
Almost twelve years ago a playground in Kassak was completely destroyed by heavy flooding. Since then nothing has so far been done to restore it. Due to the lack of a proper playground, children play with whatever is present in their immediate environment such as stones and rocks. Games self-created by children are not only uncomfortable but dangerous.
I urge the provincial government to help arrange a proper playground in our village.
