TUMP, BALOCHISTAN: Tump is one of the five tehsils of Kech district in Balochistan, located 100 kilometres west of the city of Turbat. Like most other areas, Tump too lacks basic facilities. Residents are facing severe problems because of more than 12 hours of load shedding in the area, where temperature goes up to 50 degrees Celsius. Residents say the area grid station is very old with dilapidated infrastructure and degraded materials and this is why it hasn’t been able to supply enough electricity. Furthermore, the grid station has not been cleaned for the past eight. This is a case of sheer mismanagement.
I demand of the Balochistan government to do the needful.
