Government is requested to provide better sports facilities in Balocistan
DASHT: Despite being the largest province in the country, Balochistan still lacks sports facilities.
After education, sports has proven to be the best activity to keep the youth healthy and engaged and to prevent them from developing bad habits, such as drug addiction.
Stadiums provide a playing ground for multiple sports such as cricket, football and hockey, and are needed to develop the skills of budding athletes.
Yet, Balochistan does not have a single one of these. Most youths can be seen playing in rocky and uneven open fields across the province.
These youths possess the talent as well as the enthusiasm for sports and wish to utilise their time in such beneficial activities. The government is requested to provide better sports facilities in the province so that we can further develop our talent.
