
Mindfulness and positive thoughts encourage us towards our dreams
KARACHI: Dreaming is not just limited to what our subconscious mind shows us when we are sleeping. Dreams are also about what we want to do in our life, what our passions are and what we hold dear to us. It is very important to have these dreams, so that we can shape our thoughts and our lives so that we may become able to achieve them. Mindfulness and positive thoughts encourage us towards our dreams and play a very important role, as what we are from the inside matters the most. Moreover, it is our mind that must never give up, as it is only then can we keep fighting our battles. When we see famous stars or entrepreneurs, we only see their success, and not the struggle they went through. However, had they given up on their goals, they would have never achieved all that they have.
While coming up with an idea is a big step in the process of achieving something, working to materialise those ideas is the most difficult part of the battle. Many people are not as courageous and limit themselves in the first stage only, but it is important to remember that unless we dream it, we cannot achieve it. It will be a bumpy road, but we will eventually get there.
