Celebrations lead to obstructions on the roads
KARACHI: Muslims and other groups celebrate some of their festivals by lighting firecrackers. They have no consideration for those who are ill. They even light firecrackers in the middle of the road. This results in blocking roads and people do not realise that anyone can be in an emergency at any point in time, and hence the roads should be clear without obstructions. The traffic police should keep a check on those who unnecessarily disrupt traffic. Ambulances and fire tenders should under no circumstance face obstruction on the roads.
