Students’ future should not be compromised to save on money
TURBAT: I would like to highlight the issue of hiring visiting faculty in educational institutions of Turbat. Educational institutions in Turbat, especially the university, had appointed visiting faculty who in many cases are not properly qualified and not trained to teach.
Teachers are supposed to guide their students, especially at a stage as critical as the university level. However, these teachers are not properly providing guidance to students.
The main reason for the appointment of such teachers is that they are satisfied with low salaries. Such teachers are not expected to provide proper instructions to their pupils. Students’ future should not be compromised to save on money. Only permanent faculty should be hired.
